Children under three years of age travel free; above threo and under twelve years of age, half-price, Horses, Carriages, &c.—The Railway Department does not undertake to forward Horses and Carriages by any particular Train, but when sent they must bo at the forwarding station balf-an-hourbeforothe des parturo of tho Train. Tho owners of horses must provide means for securing them in the horsebox, and tho Railway Department will not bo accountable for any injury sustained through their breaking loose or otherwise, nor will it undortako to carry unbrokon or vicious Horses. At Country Stations requisitions forliorse boxes or carriages trucks must bo made tho day boforo they are wanted. Dogs must be provided with obains, or other sufficient means of seouring them. They will not be allowed in carriages, and the owner must obtain a ticket, to be given up before the end of the journey, beforo tho dog is delivered, Return or Periodical Tickets will not be available for Special or Excursion Trains, oxcept tho Ordinary Time Table is suspenfled, l'arcols and Goods for Pipitea, Kaiwarra, Ngahauranga, Belmont, Harvard's, Silver Stream, Wallaoeville, Summit, Cross' Creek, Pigeon Bush, lernside, Woodside, and at Flag Stations, must be Prepaid, and will be put out on tho platforms of those Stations at the risk of tho Consignee. Special Notice—To ensure despatch, Parcels, Extra Luggage, and Dogs must he at the Station at least Thirty Minutes boforo advertised time of departure of Train, The Railway Department does not pledge itself to the despatch or arrival of the Trains at tho exact times notified in the above Tables, and in the event of any cirsumstances arising either during or prior to : tho journey being mado which may render it impossible or inexpedient for a Train to proceed, will return tho Fares paid, but does not undertako to forward tho passengers. Luggage.—Each passenger is allowed to tako 1121bs of personal luggago freo (not in eluding merchandise of any kind), and for every SGlbs above this weight, for every 5o miles or fraction of 50 milep, the charge will bo One Shilling, No luggage will be allowed to bo taken into tho carriages, unless of such a sizo that it oan be placed under tho seat without inconvenience to other passengers..
