IRISH CONSPIRATORSIN PARIS.

The Paris correspondent of the "Times" gives some particulars- from " one well acquainted- with the subject on which he writes," of the doings of the Irish in that city. Paris, it is 3aid has been the connecting link between the Irish and the Irish-American Dynamitards andlnvincibles"Here they plan the destruction.of public buildings and put the names of prominent informers on the index for )" removal.' They have secured the service of several licensed dynamite dealers, who are well aware of the purpose for which their , merchandise is being purchased, but say, nothing, simply because they are in thorough sympathy with the advanced Irish party here. The scheme adopted for the safe transmission of the stuff to England is only known to but few persons, and these will not in any circumstances divulge the secret. There are two sections of the extrema Irish politicians in this city—the Clan-na-Gael and the Dynamitards. The former have as their nominal chiefs three residents in the United States, one of whom is John Devoy; but as the policy of these gentlemen has been tinctured with Parnellism, and as their views are, considered too [moderate, some of their impatient subordinates have founded an inner circle, of which the men in Paris are members. The chief objects which they have in contemplation are the murdering of British officials in Ireland and the removing of informers. It is this inner circle that doomed Mr Forster to death, and carried out the assassinations of Lord Frederick Oav- - endish and Mr Burke. Several of the men indirectly connected with this tragedy succeeded in escaping , from Dublin before James Carey turned informer, and established themselves in Paris, and assumed aliases, and to all appearances, settled down in a quiet uneventful existence. Yet were tho known, they have been since then' infatigubly conspiring and amassing funds to carry out their operations in the near future."

The members of the Clan-na-Gael in Paris, better known as " the Paris invincibles," have, it is stated, already voted the death of the notorious informer, James M'Dermott; and their agents are now on his track. : In Paris the Invincibles and JDynamitards fra.ternise with one another, though neither party knows the secrets of the other. "The Invincibles look upon the knife and dagger as their exclusive implements of vengeance, The Dynamitards are generally scientific men, and versed in chemistry. Some of them are pupils of Professor MezzerofF, a Russian Nihilist in Brooklyn, who is paid to teach chemistry to the Dynamitards. All, or nearly all, have been soldiers in the Papal army which fought against Garibaldi, or have seen service during the recent civil war in the United States, Like those of the Invincibles, the meetings of the Dynamitards are held weekly, poraetimes in wineshops in obsoure streets, or on the outer boulevards, but often in the apartments of Irish friends resident in Paris. Each wing lias its' A 1 or head, and its two 'B's'or sub-leaders. (The rank and file know the ' B's,' butW)_not acquainted with tho 'A,' whw\ identity is known only to the ' B's. 1 The 'A' of the Invincibles is the medium of communication between that body and its chief, 'No, 1/in New York. In the same way the' A' of the Dynamitards is the sole responsible representative of tho dynamite chiefs here."

The Paris correspondent of the ' Standard' is informed on good authority that the dynamite employed in the recent outrages in London was furnished by an agent for chemical products who lives in the Avenue de l'Opfca, and that it was procured from one of. % authorised manufactories of dynamite in France, The agent who sold the dynamite is said to be an advanced French Socialist; at any rate, on the purchasers requesting that it should be delivered to them secretly, he made no objection, pro-

fessingto understand that people in an hotel would scarcely like the proprietor to know that so dangerous an explosive was in the possession of one of tlje inmates, .The correspondent/ fears that there is but little doubt that a con-

siderable quantity of dynamite has found its way to England since the discoveries of dynamite at the various London railway stations, The explosions a week or two ago..Bhcw that he had gopd ; ground for hiafeavs*. ;
