ST. LUKE'S SUNDAY SCHOOL
(From -tho Wairarapa Standard.) The children and. teachers, of St Luke's Sunday School/, Greytpwiij held their annual treat yesterday (Wednesday). Atone o'clock they assembled at the church;"; where tho Kev Mr Western addressed them, taking for his text,'"ln Hira'we'live 'and-move and have our being." After singing and prayer the children were- taken into Steward's paddock, were the ( usual games' were indulged in. About 5 o'clock they adjbuhied to the supper room of the Town-Hall, where a bountiful repast was. laid and which the youijg folks did not fail to enjoy. Tea being over,'there'was a gathering together in the open air to receivo the prizes. The Key Mr. Western addressed- the ohil'dren, ; -'and the gifts were presented v by.;Mre;'Tul.ly.
