MASTERTON TOWN LANDS TRUST.
The -''ordinary; monthly meeting was held last evening.' Present—Mesrs ; Feist (Chairman), Hare and Perry.' .. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed.
Apologies for non-attendance were received from Messrs MoCardle and Bish.
f The Treasurer read the balance-sheet •or the past year. He suggested that the 15th inst would be a suitable evening for the annual meeting. The balance-sheet was adopted on the motion, of the Chairman.
The 16th inst was fixed as the date for the annual meeting, and Messrs Feist and Hare were appointed as a Committee to prepare and publish tho report and balance-sheet, The draught lease to the Salvation Army was read, and a clause was ordered to be inserted tor the building to be printed by lessee within six months.
It was agreed that the cottage on acre 89, the property of tho Trust should be painted, and that the Greytown Trustees should be applied to for rents overduo,. This concluded the business,
