While it is possible to obtain cash advances on produce, stock, and real estate, yet th ut conditions usually imposed arc found seriously inconvenient to borrowers, by reason of the public registration of mortgages and liens; therefore the special advantages offered by this Company is one which farmcis and others will appreciate. 8. Shareholders in this Company will bo enabled to borrow on tho most favorable terms, and will also have preferential consideration; for they will be enabled to obtain advances on growing crops, stock, ie. , without the transaction bein<; made too public and proclaimed to everybody. 6.
