A Boston paper says that a consumptive man, knowing that his life was rapidly drawing to a close, called his wife to him and said; "Madeline, you know that I am about to die j shall you ever think of me when I am gone 1" " Oh, yes, darling," sobbed his wife. "I never can forget you, and I will ever see that your grave is kept green." " Yes, my deaf, J lpo,w you will; hi|t I have cme last request," 11 What is it, darling 1" "Do not keep it that vulgar, lowdown common green, like Simpson's grave, which is so distasteful to the eye. Keep it a rich, delicate olivo green."
