(Reuters Telegrams—Copyright,) CAIRO, ' . March 20, Received March 21, 11 a.m.—The latest news to hand from Suakim states that Osman Dignah's attempts to rally his followers Med, and lie has now left the hills and retired into the interior. Information has also reached Souakim that great numbers of rebels who were wounded during the recent battle, but- succeeded in reaching the hills lire now lying there in a dying state.
