Children under throe years of age travel free; abovo three and under twelve years of age, half-price, Horses, Carriages, ic—The Railway Department does not umlertuko to forward Horses and Carriages by any particular Train, but when sent they must be at the forwarding station half-an-hourbeforethe departure of the Train. The owners of horses must provide mc<ms for scouring them in the horsebox, and the Railway Department will not bo accountable for any injury sustained through their bi enlting loose or otherwise, nor will it undertake to carry unbroken oi vicious _ Morses. At Country Stations requisitions, forhorse boxes or carriagetrucks must be made the day beforo they are wanted. Dons mmt bo provided with chains, oi other sufficient' means of securing them. They will not bo allowed in carriages, and tho owner must obtain a ticket, to be given up before the end of the journey, before the doi; 18 delivered, Return or Periodical Tickets will not be available for Special or Excursion Trains, except the Ordinary Time Table is suspended. Parcels and Goods for Pipitea, Kaiwarra, Ngahaurangn, Belmont, Hayward's, Silver Stream, Wallaesville, Summit, Cross' Creek, Pigeon Bupli, Pomade, Woodside, and at Flag Stations, must bo Prepaid, and will be put out_ on the platforms of those Stations at tho risk of the Consignee, Special Notice-To ensure despatch, Parcels, Extra Luggage, and Dogs must be at the Station at least Thirty Minutes before advertised time of departure of Train. The Railway Department does not pledge itself to the despatch or arrhal of tho Trains at the exact times notified in the abovo Tables, and in the event of any cirjumstances arising either during or prior to the journey being made which may render it impossible or inexpedient for a Train to proceed, will return the Fares paid, but does not undertake to forward the passengers. Luqgage.-Each passenger is allowed to take 1121bs of personal luggage free (not in eluding merchandise of any kind), and for every 561bs abovo this weight, for every 50 miles or fraction of 50 miles, th« charge will be One Shilling. No luggage will be allowed to be taken into the carriages, unless of such a _ size that it can be placed undar the seat without inconvenience to other passengers, Passengers are strongly recomnended to have their Na.nes and the station to which they are proceeding distinctly narked on their Luggage, and to satisfy tlemselves that it is placed on tho Train, as tht railway Department will not be responsible inless it is booked and paid for.
