The Railway Department does not pledge itself to the despatch or arrhal of tho Trains at the exact times notified in the abovo Tables, and in the event of any cirjumstances arising either during or prior to the journey being made which may render it impossible or inexpedient for a Train to proceed, will return the Fares paid, but does not undertake to forward the passengers. Luqgage.-Each passenger is allowed to take 1121bs of personal luggage free (not in eluding merchandise of any kind), and for every 561bs abovo this weight, for every 50 miles or fraction of 50 miles, th« charge will be One Shilling.
