While it is possible to obtain cash advances on produce, stock, and real estate, yet th ut condilions usually imposed are found seriously inconvenient to borrowers, by reason of the public registration of mortgages and liens; therefore the special advantages offered by this Company is one which farmeis and others will appreciate. 5.
