The Saddling Bell will ring at 11.30 each day, and the first race start at 12 o'clock. The time for starting each event will bo duly posted on tho course after each preceding race. So person will be allowed to enter a horse for any race (hack races excepted) unless he be a subscriber of at least £1 to t'ic race fund. Acceptances and general entries close on FRIDAY, 29th February, at7p.ni. Weights for Forced Handicap declared on course after District Handicap is run. A penalty of 71bB to bo carried by the winner of any Maiden Plato after entry for these races. No entry will bo received after hours and dates montioncd either by lotter or telegram.
