Dogs must bo provided with chains, or other sufficient means of securing them. Thoy will nut bo allowed in carriages,, and the owner must obtain & ticket, to be given up before the ond of the journey, before the dog; is delivered. Return or Periodical Tickets will hot bo available for Special or Excursion Trains, except the'Ordiriary Time Table is suspended, ... Parcels and Goods for Pipitea, Kaiwarra, Ngahauranga, Belmont, Hayward's, Silver Stream, Wallaoevillo, Summit, Cross' Creek, Pigeon Buph, Foroside, Woodside, and at Mag Stations, must be Prepaid, and will bo put out on the platforms of those Stations at the risk of the Consignoe.
