NOTICE is hereby given lliat tho fol. lowing resolution will bo proposed at a meeting of the Council to bo held on THURSDAY, the 18th March next :- This Council hereby, by special order, declares those portions of the Mas-li-rton Road District and Castlei.oint Road District, situate in tho County of Wairarapa East, com prisinfj one continuous area, and contained within tho following boundaries, that is to lay:— Commencing at the north west corner of seotion No 157 in tho AVhareama Block; thence by the northern and onstorn boundaries of that section, and by the eastern boundaries of sections numbered respectively 145, 140, 147, 162, 151, and part of 150, in the same block to tho north west corner of section No 812; thence by thfl northern and eastern boundaries of the last mentioned section to section No 293 in the said block; thence by tho northern and eastern boundaries of the last mentionod section, and section No 872, the eastern boundaries of sections numbored 873, 863, part 2,808, and 866 in the samo block, end by a creek which forms part of tho south western boundary of tliojast mentioned section to section No 98; thonce by the southern boundaries of sections mimberod 98, 9?, 9 to 13, and 12, iill in the Wharoama Block to the Taueru River; thence southwards by tho Taueru Rivor, lo iis confluonco with the Mangatopitupi Crook, and llinnce by the said crook to lis intetsootion with inaniioic hoarinj;, 74°28' 35,1" ihenco westwards by the said buarinv iotho Wan»aehu River; Ihenco northwards by the WanUiioiui River, and by the western boundaries of a block of land marked Talcainaitu on the map of the Oounly of Wairarapa East, to Iho southernmost corner of Section No, 119 in tho Rangitunmu Block; thence by tho south western, western, and northern boundaries of the last mentioned section and section No, 115, and tho south western and western boundaries of sections numbered 145. 112, 108, and 90, all in thn Bangitum.iu Block, lotho southern boundary of tho Alfredton Road District before described; and (hence eastwards by tho Southern boundary of that Road District lo tho point of commencement: Shall cuiistilulo a new Road District, to bo called tho Upper Taueru Road District. That the number of member for the Upper Taueru Road District shall bB FIVE, but tho said new district shall not bo divided into subdivisions. By ordor, F, G.
