Pined 20s and costs 7s. Edward S. Vennell v O. Haycock, —Damages for non-fulfilment of contract to shear-' plaintiff's sheep at Wainuiorti. Mr Sandilands for the plaintiff, Mr Gray for defendant. On cross-examination, plaintiff admitted that he. was not tho owner of the sheep, and had no interest in them, beyond being manager for his father. Nonsuited with costs 5Gs. There were two other cases, which were settled out ofcourt,
