The Saddling Bell will riug at 11.30 each day, and the first race start at 12 o'clock. The timo for starting each event will be duly posted on tho course after each preceding race. No person will be allowed to outer a horse for any race (hack raics excepted) unless ho Oo a subscriber of at least £1 to tho race fund. Three entries or tho public money will be Tithheld, No scratching of horses allowed, unless through the secretary, and fifteen minutes lefore ths time oi starting. The starter ha 3 tho power to placo fractious or kicking horses, or disobedient jockeys in any position lie thinks necessary to scenro a fair start, All entries to bo made in writing, sealed and addressed to the secretary, entrance money eucloscd, with name, age at timo of entry, and pedigree of the horse, name oi the owner, and colors of tho rider. In all nominations for handicaps tho previous performances are to' be giveu, All jockeys to ride m proper racing costurn.', and any jockey riding except in colors entered will be fined 2 sovs. No entry will be accepted unless aeco m panied with the amount of entrance money Nor will any entry bo received after the hour named under any preteueo whatever, No entry will bo received for any of the races except upon this condition: That all disputes Mid objections aiising out of the races shall be decided by a majority of the stewards present, or thoso whom thoy may appoint. February 23rd, at 9.30 p.m., and published on Monday, February 25th. Acceptances and general entries close on FRIDAY, 29th February, at 7 p.m. Weights lor Forced Handicap declared on courso after District Handicap is run.
