The Saddling Bell will riug at 11.30 each day, and tho first race start at 12 o'clock, Tho time for starting each event will be duly posted on the course after each preceding race. No person will bo allowed to enter a horse for any race (hack rwes excepted) unless he Se a subscriber of at least £1 to the race 'und. _ * Three entries or the public money will be vithheld. No scratching of horses allowed, unless ibrongh the secretary, and fifteen minutes oeforo the time of starting. . February 23rd, at 9.30 p.m., and published on Monday, , February 25th. Acceptances and general entries close on FRIDAY, 29th February, at7p.ni, Weights for Forced Handicap declared on course after District Handicap is run.
