To be run under the Wairarapa Jockey Club Rules, Tho Saddling Bell will ring at 11.30 each day, and the iirst race start at 12 o'clock. The tinio for starting each event will bo duly posted on the couwo after eaoh preceding raco. Ho porson will bo allowed toontorahorso for any raco (hack raoea excepted) unless he Se a subscriber of at least £1 to the race fund. ; Three entries or the publio money will be tithheld. No scratching of horses allowed, unless through the secretary, and fifteen minutes xforo the time of starting. The starter has the power to place fractious or kicking horses, or disobedient jockeys in any position he thinks necessary to secure a fair start, All entries to be "made in writing, sealed and addressed to the secretary, entrance money enclosed, with namo, ago at time of entry, and pedigree of the horse, namo of the owner, and colors of tho rider.
