Tho Saddling Bell will ring at 11.30 each day, and tlie first race start at 12 o'clock. The time for starting each event will be duly posted on the course after each preceding race, tlo person will be allowed to enter a horse for any race (hack raics excepted) unless ho bo a subscriber of at least £1 to the race fund, Three entries or the public money will be withhold. No scratching of horses allowed, unless through tho secretary, and fifteen minutes before the time of starting. N'o entry will be received for any of the races except upon this condition : That all disputes and objections aiising out of the races shall bo decided by a majority of the stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with tho carrying out of this programme shall be final. In ease of a protest, the same must be lodged with tho secretary within fifteen minutes after tho race is run, with a deposit of £2, such deposit to be forfeited if the protest be found trivial or vexatious. February 23rd, at 9.30 p.m., and published on Monday, February 25th. Acceptances and general entries close or FRIDAY, 29th February, at 7 p.m. Weights for Forced Handicap declared on course after District Handicap is run. A penalty of 71bs to be carried by the winner of any Maiden Plate after entry for these races.
