To be run under tlio Wairarapa Jockey Club Rules, The Saddling Ball will riug at 11.30 each day, and the first rnco start at 12 o'clock. The time for starting each event will be duly posted on the course after each preceding race. So person will be allowed to cuter ft horao for any raco (hack races uxccptcd) unless ho be a subscriber of at least £1 to the race fund. Three entries or tlio public money will bo withhold. No scratching of horses allowed, unless through the secretary, and fifteen miuutes before the time of starting. Tlio starter lias the power to place fractious or kicking horses, or disobedient jockeys in any position he thinks necessary to secure a fair start, All entries to bo made in writing, sealed and addressed to tlio secretary, entrance mdney enclosed, with name, age at time of entry, and pedigree of the horse, name of the owner, and colors of the rider. In all nominations for handicaps the previous performances arc to be given.
