Tho Saddling Bell will ring at 11.30 each day, aud tho first race start at 12 o'clock, Tho time for starting each event will bo duly postod on tho course after each preceding raco. (Jo porson will bo allowed to enter a horao for any race (hack races excepted) unless ho be a subscriber of at least £1 to tho race fund. Nominations for handicaps, general entries, and ncceptauces will bo received by the secretary at tho Tinui Hotel on the following dates ;-Nominationß for all handicap races at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, February 19th; Weights declared (except for Forced Handicap) at the Club Hotel, Masterton, on Saturday. February 23rd, at 9.30 p.m., and published on Monday, February 25th. Acceptanco3 and general entries closo on FRIDAY, 29th February, at 7 p.m. Weights for Forced Handicap declared on course after District Handicap is run. A penalty of 71bs to be carried by tho winner of any Maiden Plato nftoi entry for these races. No entry will bo received after hours and dates mentioned either by letter or telegram.
