The Saddling Bell will ring at 11.30 each day, and the first race start at 12 o'clock. The time for starting each event will be duly posted on the couwe after each preceding race. No person will bo allowed toenterahorso for any raco (hack raws excepted) unless ho bo a subscriber of at least £1 to the raco fund. Three entries or the public money will bo withheld. No scratching of horses allowed, unless through the secretary, and fifteen minutes before the time of starting. Tho starter has the power to place fractious or kicking horses, or disobedient jockeys in any position he thinks necessary to secure a fair start, All entries to be made in writing, sealed and addressed to the secretary, entrance money enclosed, with name, age at time of entry, and pedigree of the lioreo, name of the ownov, and colors of the rider.
