All entries must be made subject to the condition that all disputes, claims and objectious arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of Stewards present, or whom they may appoint, and that such decision shall bo final and binding in all ca«es, Nominations for Handicap Hurdle Race, Taratahi-Carterton Jockey Club Handicap, and Anniversary Handicap, to be made in writing, stating name, pedigree, performances, description and age of horse and the colors of rider, and to be sent in accompanied by the nomination ice to the Hon. Secretary, O. H.
