To to run under the Wairarapa Jockey Club Rules. Tho Saddling Bel! will ring at 11.30 each day, and the first race start at 12 o'clock. The time for starting each event will lie duly posted on the course after each preceding raw. No person will bo allowed to enter a horse for any race (hack races excepted) unless he bo a subscriber of at least £1 to t'ic race fund. Three entries or the public money will be withheld. No scratching of horses allowed, unless through tho secretary, and iifteen minutes before the time of starting. _ The starter has the power to place fractious or kicking horses, or disobedient jockeys in any position ho thinks necessary to aecuro a fair start, All entries to be made in writing, sealed and addressed to the secretary, entrance money enclosed, with name, age at time of ontry, and pedigree of the horse, name of the owner, and colors of the rid-.r. In all nominations for handicaps the previous performances are to be given.
