To be run nnder tho Wairarapa Jockey Club Rules, Tho Saddling 801 l will riug at 11.30 each day, and tho first raco start at 12 o'clock. Tho timo for starting each event will be duly posted on tho courso after each preceding race. No perSon will bo allowed tocnterahorso | for any raco (hack raios excepted) unless ho be a subscriber of at least £1 to the race fund. Three entries or the public money will bo withheld. No scratching of horses allowed, unless through the secretary, and fifteen minutes before the time of starting. ' The starter has'the power to placo fractious or kicking horses, or disobedient jockeys in any position ho thinks necessary to secure a fair start, All entries to bo mado in writing, sealed and addressed to tho secretary, cntranco money enclosed, with namo, age at time of entry, and pedigree of the horse, name of Jhe owner, and colors of tho rider, In all nominations for handicaps tho previous performances are to be given. All jockeys to rido in proper racing costume, and any jockey riding except in colors entered will be fined 2 sovs. No entry will'be accepted unless aceom panied with the amount of entrance money Nor will any entry be received after the hour named under any pretence whatever, No entry will he received for any .of the races excopt upon this condition: That all disputes nnd objections arising out. of tho races shall bo decided by a majority of the stowards present, or thoso whom they may appoint Their docision upon all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall bo final.
