Tho Saddling Bell will ring at 11,30 each day, and tbo first raco start at 12 o'clock. The time for starting each event will bo duly posted on the course after each preceding raco. No person will he allowed to enter a horse for any raco (hack races excepted) unless ho be a subscriber of at least ill to t'io race fund. Three- entries or the public money will he withheld. No scratching of horses allowed, unless through the secretary, and fifteen minutes beforo the timo of starting, _ The starter has the power to place fractious or kicking horses, or disobedient jockeys in any position ho thinks nic.ss'iry to securo a fair start, All entries to bo mado in writing, lenled 1 and addressed to tho secretary, entrance money enclosed, with name, ago at timo of entry, and pedigree of the horse, namo of tho owner, and colors of the rider. In all nominations for handicaps the previous performances are to be given. All jockeys to rido in proper racing CO3tume, and any jockey riding except in colors entered will be fined 2 sovs. No entry will be accepted uuless acio mwarned with tho amount of entranco money Nor will any entry bo received after the hour named under any pretence whatever, No entry will bo received for any of the races except upon this condition; That all disputes and objections aiising out of the races shall be decided by a majority of the stewards present, or thoso whom they may appoint Their decision upon a'l points connected with the curving out of this programme shall bo final, In caso of a protest, the same must bo lodged with the secretary within fifteen minutes after the race is run, with a deposit of £2, fiuch deposit to bo forfeits if the protest be found trivial or vexatious.
