Tho Saddling Bell will ring at 11,30 each day, and tbo first raco start at 12 o'clock. The time for starting each event will bo duly posted on the course after each preceding raco. No person will he allowed to enter a horse for any raco (hack races excepted) unless ho be a subscriber of at least ill to t'io race fund. Three- entries or the public money will he withheld. No scratching of horses allowed, unless through the secretary, and fifteen minutes beforo the timo of starting, _ The starter has the power to place fractious or kicking horses, or disobedient jockeys in any position ho thinks nic.ss'iry to securo a fair start, All entries to bo mado in writing, lenled 1 and addressed to tho secretary, entrance money enclosed, with name, ago at timo of entry, and pedigree of the horse, namo of tho owner, and colors of the rider. In all nominations for handicaps the previous performances are to be given.
