To he run under the Wairarapa Jockey Club Rules, The Saddling Bell will ring at 11,30 each day, and tho first race start at 12 o'clock. The timo for starting each ovent will be duly posted on the courso after each preceding race. No person will be allowed to enter a horse I for any race (hack races excepted) unless ho bo a subsoriber of at least £1 to tho raco fund. Threo entries or the public money will be withhold, No scratching of horses allowed, unless through tho secretary, and fifteen minutes before the timo of starting, The starter has tho power to place fractious or kicking horses, or'disobedient' jookoys iu any position he thinks necessary to seoure a fair start, All entries to bo made in writing, sealed and addressed to the secretary,'entrance money enclosed, with name, ago at time of ontry> and pedigree of the horso, name of the owner, and colors of the rider. In all nominations for handicaps tho previous performances are to be given.
