All entries must bo made subject to tho condition that all disputes, claims and objections arisine out of the raciug shall bo decided by a majority of Stewards present, or whom thoy may appoiut, and that Mich decision shall be final and binding in all cases, Nominations for Handicap Hurdle Race, Taratahi-Cartcrton Jockey ■' Club Handicap, and Anniversary Handicap, to be made in writing, stating name, pedigree, performances, description and ago of horse and the colors of rider, and to be sent in accompanied by the nomination leo to the Hon.
