All cntrios must be made subject to the condition that all disputes, claims and objections ,arisiw? out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of Stewairds present, or whom they may appoint, arid that such decision shall be final and binding in all ca«cs. Nominations for Handicap Hurdle Race, Taratahi-Carterton Jockey Club Handicap, and Anniversary Handicap, to bo made in writing, stating name, pedigree, performances, description and age of horso and the colors of rider, and to be sent in accompanied by the nomination feo to the Hon.
