Two competitors to start or no prize • three to stait or no second prize. The decision of the Diractors, or whoever they may appoint, shall in all cases of dispute ho final. In the event of tho weather proving unfavorable, the Directors shall have it in their power to postpone the sports from day to day. Sports to commence at 11 a.m. sharp.
