The Saddling Bell will ring at 11,30 each day, aud the first race start at 12 o'clock, The time for starting each event will be duly posted on the course after each preceding raco. Hack Races are open to horses that never won an advertised race other than Hack Races; or that have not run for an advertised raoe tor six months previous to date of meeting, , Tho.Distriofc Raco is open to all herses owned k the district at least six months previous to this race, meeting. In case of a protest the same must be lodged with the Seorotary within 15 minutes after the race has boen run, with a deposit of £2, such deposit to. be forfeited if the protest be found trivial or vexatious.
