The Saddling Bell will ring at 11.30 each day, and the first race start at 12 o'clock. The time for starting oacli event will be duly posted on the course after each preceding race, Hack Races are open to horses that never won an advertised raco other than Hack Baoes; or that have not run for an advertised race tor six months previous to date of meeting. The District Race is open to all horses owned in the district at least six months previous to this race meeting. In oase of a protest the same must bo lodged with the Seoretary within 16 minutes after the race has- been ran, with a deposit of £2, such deposit to bo forfeited if tho protest be found trivial or vexatious. The winner of the first day's Hack Race will not bo allowed to run for the one on the second day, No person will be allowed to enter a horse for any race (Hack Race excepted) unless ho he a subscriber of at least £1 to the race fund. No scratching of horses allowed, unless through tho Secretary, and fifteen minutes before the time of starting. No entries will bo received after that night either by letter or telegram, Weights for Railway Plate Handicap, Opaki Stakes Handicap, and Haudicap Hurdles to be declared at Olub Hotel on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 21st, at 8 o'clock p,m, Acceptances, for same to be declared on Thursday evening, November 29th at 9 o'clock, Woights for the District Handicap to be declared at the Club Hotel at 8 o'clock on the evening of tho first day's races. Acceptances for same will close tamo evening, Nominations for Consolation Handicap to be made to. the secretary fifteen minutes after the District Handicap is mn. Weights to be declared fifteen minutes after the nominations have closed; and acceptances will close fifteen minutos after tho weights have boon declared.
