FARMERS' LOTS, no^ matter how small, also receive the samo efficient attention, No lots are sold at below the reserves fixed by consigners, and in thoso cases where specific instructions are not furnished, the Company's valuation is adopted as a reserve. The Company further acts AS BELLING BROKER ONLY, an additional guarantee that clients' interests will bo protocted. Should satisfactory prices not bo realised, the Company offers the alternative course of shipment; the only charge made on wools thus withdrawn from sale being the nominal one of a shilling per bale, which covers all warehouse expenses including insurance. Account sales, with net proceeds, are remitted promptly within seven days of dato of auction.
