Limiting tho maximum weight to bo earned on two wheeled vehicles , with tires of less than 5 inches in width to 1J tons. 2, And on four wheeled vehicles with less than 5 inch tires, 2J tons. 3, Providing for tho proper inspection vehicles and their loads. 4, Providing a penalty not exceeding £2 for a first conviction, and not excocding £5 for any subsequent conviction of the same person for breaches of tho by-laws. 6. Making tho By-laws applicable to existing metalled roads in the County, and such as may become metalled from timo to time.
