'■'. , /V' The return cricket match married v. single Was played by the members of tlie Masterton Cricket Club on Saturday, when the Benedicts again proved themselves the best men by-winning a one innings match by eight runs, the scores being 49 and 41 respectively. The weather was unfavorable for cricket and consequently only eight bn : each side rolled up. A scratch, match was then played, sides being picked by Messrs Harrison and Perry, the latter's side scoring 61 against their opponents 57, For the victors Perry scored 20, and for the losers Harrison put together 27.
