FEATHERSTON SCHOOL EXAMINATION.
The Inspector of Schools, Mr Lee, held his annual'examination at this school on Monday, l Tuesday arid Wednesday last, with the following result :
Percentage of passes: 77. ''i. This is not quite so good as last year, wh»n 86 per cent of those presented passed. The Inspector praised the reading, composition and grammar, and remarked that one boy in the fifth standard (James McDougall) had sent up the best grammar paper he had seen yet.
