The Saddling Bell will ring at 11.30 each day, and-the first race start at 12 o'clock* The ; time for starting each event will be duly posted oh' the course after each preceding race.' Hack Races are open to horses that never won an advertised race other, than Hack Races; or that have not run for an advertised race tor six months previous'to date oi meeting. Weights for the Distriot Handicap to be declared at the Club Hotel at 8 o'clock on the evening of tho first day's races. Acceptances for same will close same evening. Nominations for Consolation Handicap to be made to the secretary fifteen minutes after the Distriot Handicap is ran, Weights to be declared fifteen minutes after the nominations have closed; and acceptances will close fifteen minutes after the weights have been declared.
