All entries to be mado subject to the condition that all disputes, claims and objections arising out. of the racing shall be decided by a majority of Stewards present, or whom they may appoint, and that each decision shall be final and bindiug, in all cases, Entries for Maiden Plate and Carterton Taratahi Stakes and nominations for Handicap Hurdle Raco and Birthday Cup to bo made in writing, stating name, pedigree, performances, description and age of horse, aid colors of rider, and to be sent in accompanied. by the nomination fee to the Hon Secretary (0.
