RENEWA. OF KU-KLUX OUTRAGES.

North-east Georgia, says a "Now York Herald" despatch, has been thrown into intense excitement by the revival of Ku-klux outrages, Tho colored people are so terrorised that a negro is afraid to make a complaint. Only two arrests had been made, but it is known that large numbora arc implicated in outrages. Parties consisting of ten or twelve men go round with rifles, revolvers, and knives. That they are prepared to play the part of executioners is evidenced from tho fact that when ono colored man refused to divulgo a secret they had a rope ready and suspended him from a tree until, to save his life, ho gavo tho desired information. Another despatch says;— For some timo there has been a band of Ku-klux unwarrantably molesting tho negroes in the vicinity of Maysville, Many outrages have been committed, such as giving 175 lashes to "Cad" Bush and unmercifully whipping Nancy Prickctt. One night about fifteen or twenty of the Ku-klux visited the plantations of Minard Sanders and James Holland, breaking down the doors of cabins, shooting Berry Sanders and whipping Alexander Brooks, Warren Bryson, Glen Stout, and other negroes. Several of them have since abandoned their homes and crops for fear of being killed.
