Mr Sandilands appeared for the"plilintiff ) "and"'Mr : Bunnyior defendant, ' ; r ; i /Hi 'the plaintiff's case was that Mr, Donald sold Mr Raynor a certain pro-, perty, continuing in occupation of it as -his .tenant. Prior to leaving, he • desired Mr Raynor to purchase from | him a stock of trees and shrubs. To I this Mr Raynor objected, .claimingJlem as his property; and,it was alleged that Mr Donald thereupon moved and sold the shrubs and trees m question without the consent of Mr Raynor.
