A rumor is current here that Mr Charles Parnell has been shot, the origin of which has not been traced. The report has caused some excitement, but has not gained much jredence.

The meetings at Dungannon yesterday were largely attended by Mr Parnell's followers, and notwithstanding the presence of a large number of Orangemen, nothing approaching the nature of a riot occurred; the presence f strong bodies of constabulary and military having been sufficient to preserve order. ■
