Collins, re l'akowai- road repairs; from Masteiton Road Beard,re resolutions passed at conference; from Mrs Owen, requesting pcrmissvu to remove metal; from Mr Rogus, re release of (uoiniso to pay subscription •onards metalling at Cas lepoini, Refoh-cd-That the Chilly Engineer be icquested to survey and prepare estimates of the work for the following lines of road, in order to bring tho raid muds under the ltwids and Budges construction Ac', 1882, viz The Urili road, from the Wndiora Creek to the junction nf that line with tho u»in road in Mangapakeha; tho Tinui Valley, road, from its junc'imi with the Cashpoint toad three miles up tho Valley; the Aohangn • Woodlands line, from the Aolianga Ferry to the Pangaroa ttieaui; the Mataikuna • l'akowai line, from iMiitaikuna to Mr Liverion'a; the road from Manawa Station to Messrs Williams and Beetliara's Anuieda'e property; Akitio Pivor road, from the Akitio North Sim ion seven miles inland.
