The case of MokenaKohere, M.L.C. v, Kiemenschneider (native interpreter), was brought oni'. ; ..Tho : action is to recover upwards of L7OO, amount of remuneration, which defendant is alleged not to have accounted for. It was agreed to defer the case until the next sitting.
At the Police Court, a young man named H. Nicliolla was committed for forgery.
