Mastertcn June 4tt, 1883. lo Tjie Public.—Ladies and Gentle-men,-We beg to ioform you that wo have just received advice of another shipment of the Frister and_ Rosnmann's improved Singer system Sewing Machines per steamer lonio due in "Wellington in about a fortnight. It is unnecessary for us to here dilate upon the, excellency of these really splendid machines, suffice it to say that we have sold a great number in the Wairarapa and never heard of a single complaint against any of them. These machines aro Singer pattern with all the latest improvements, making it not only a superior but a cheaper machino. The rapidly increasing saleß of these maohinea prove that they are fast becoming the moßt popular in the world. Attempts have been made by our competitors tu interfere with our customers, and through them with our trade. Some of them attempt to palm their machines upon the unwary under the pretext of being " genuine and original," To avoid deception the public are particularly warned that evory improved Singer bears the trade mark of the manufacturers, P and V. without which none are genuine. The Quality and appearance cf the Frister a Rossmann's Improved Singer being superior, whilst the prices aro lower than others, we aro anxious to impress upon the public that they haye 110 connection with Singer Manufacturing Company. As wo liavo only a limited supply of the different numbers to arrive, and having received orders from other Agents for a supply of them, we bog to notify to the Wairarapa Public that anyone wishing to secure one will do well to leave their orders as soon as possible, as it is our intention, in the event of being short, to supply our Customers first.
