Court yesterday it was Btated a letter had been received from the Minister of Justice to ■ the effect that an erronoous. practice had been adopted in court by putting on a summons at the time of its issue the charge for solicitor, regulated by the amount of the sum claimed, The Minister of Justice suggested that in future this practice should be discontinued. The magistrate, having heard the statements of the profession present, intimated thaf he'saw no reason to alter the existing practice.
