The Greek residents were attacked yesterday by a body of Arab fanatics, and several of the former were killed aiicl wounded before the disorder was quelled. The British troops now stationed at Port Said were called out, and protected the Greek Church, the destruction of which was threatened by the Arabs. '' ' LONDON, April 30. Received ' May Ist, 12,45 p.m,— James Mtzharris, another Phoenix Park prisoner, was brought up for trial to-day at Dublin, and the: case is still, proceeding. In the House of Commons to-day MrTrevelyan, Chief Secretary for Ireland, stated that a widespread conspiracy to murder had been discovered in County Clare in West Ireland, and that the' Executive hoped to be able to completely unmask the whole plot, - MELBOURNE, Tuesday.
