■ Received April 30th, lioon,—The Queen has instituted the Order of the Royal Red Cross, Decorations of the Order will be specially devoted to the nurses of those wounded in action. Arrests are now being daily made in Ireland of persons implicated, in conspiracies for i murder. Evidence of the complicity of those iccused has been supplied by police informers. ,• .NEW YORK, :■ i; April 28. Tho Irish Convention at, Philadelphia has concluded its sitting, and adjourned indefinitely. Before it adjourned a motion was adopted denouncing English Rule in Ireland; urging banding Irishmen in America and Canada to obtain autonomy for Ireland by lawful means; recommend-: mending an organisation of National League; and resolving to co-operate with Parnell in his efforts to obtain redress in Irish grievances.
