The minutes,oL the lm\ annual meetjing were read .and cbllfirmed. The'balaiiee stieetf was reaxl and adopted. Mr J.'P, KusseU'was re-elected President. Messrs Baillio and McMaster weie re-elected Vicepresidents. Tqcker'was elected Secretary ancJ Treasurer, and -Mr H. Udy was re-elected Captain. 1 ' The following Committee*were then,elected :—Messrs Cameron, Saywell, Humphries, Somerville, and Webster, and the Captain and Secretary. Messrs Udy, Cameron, and Webster were appointed delegates to the Football Union, Messrs Udy, Somerville, and Cameron wero .appointed a Match Committee.'. It was resolved that the same ground as'last year be used.' It was also resolved' that Mr 1 Eonaldson bo made a life, member of the Club, and that the Secretary be instruotod to thank him for his past services to the Club. It was Resolved that the subscription he 5s per&itHiM; all members to pay bofore playing in a match, - It was also resolved that a small charge be ,ni&d& for admission to the ground on the ooeaalon of every matoh with another club.
