A, P, Sutton, Inspector under the Babbit Act,.1882, with having failed to destroy the rabbits on his land; Defendant informed the Court,lie', bad. four men destroying them, but Mr' Sutton said he .was not satisfied with the steps taken by the. defendant. The Court inflicted a fine of 20s and 19s costs. Thbre were only two civil cases on the list, and these.; were .both withdrawn. ••: : ■'
