An official bulletin issued this morning regarding the health of the Queen announces that her Majesty continues to improve. In reply,' the Hon Evelyn Ashley confirmed the! announcement, and informed the House; that the Island had been taken by the Queensland Government in the name 1 of Her Majesty. The trial of Daniel Curley, the second of the prisoners charged with; the murder of Lord Cavendish and Mr Burke, was commenced in Dublin today, On the opening of the Court eight jurors who had been summoned we found to be absent, and were ordered to pay fines of one hundred pounds each.
