PasEengers can bo booked at Stations only on condition that there uroom in the Train. Children under three years of age travel free; above ani under twelve years of age, half-fare. Horses, Carriages. &c—The Railway Department does not undertake to forward Horses and Cairiages by any particular Train, but when sent they must be at the forwarding station half-on-hour beforo the departure of the Train. The owners of the Horses must provide means for, securing them in the Horse-box, and the liailway Department will not be accountable for any injuries sustained'through their breaking loose or otherwise, nor will it undertake to carry unbroken' ot vicious Horses, At Country Stations requisitions for horse-boxes or carriage-trucks must be made the day logs must be provided with chains, or other BuiSoient means of securing them, They will not be allowed in carriages, and the sender must obtain a ticket, to be given up before the end of the journey, beforo the dog is delivered. Return or Periodical Tiokota will will not bo availabls for Hpecial or Excursion Trains, except the ordinary Time Table is Return Tickets for distances not exceeding 25 miles are available on the day of issua only; for each additional 25 miles, or fraction thereof, one day extra is allowed. Ordinary Single Tickets issued on SaturTickets until the end of the following Monday. Parcels and Goods-For Pipitea, Kamarn, Ngahauranga, Belmont, Haywarl's, Silver Stream, Wallaceville, Summit, Cioss' Creek. Pigeon Bush, Fernside, Woodßide, andr'at Flag Stations, must be Prepaid, and will be pat out on the platforms of those Stations at the rißk of tbo Consignee. Special- Jlotico-To ensure despatch, - Parcels, Extra Luggage, and Dogs must be at the Station at least Thirty Minutes before advertised time of departure of Train. The Railway Department does not pledge itself to the despatch or arrival of the Trains at the exact times notified in the above Tables, and in the event of any circumstances arising either during or prior to tho journey being pwdewbioh may render it impossible or expedient for a Train to proceed, will return tho Fares paid, but does not undertake to forward paaaeugift Luggage.—Each'passonger is allowed to take Hubs of personal luggage free (not including merchandise of any kind), end for every 561bs abovo this weight, for every 50 miles or fraction of 50 miles, the charge will be One Shilling, No luggage will be allowed to be taken into the Carriages, unless of such a size that it can be placed under the Beat without inconvenience to other passengers.
