' Fined 20s and costs, or one month's hard labor. • Same v • Same.—Defendant was charged with having smashed a- pair of handcuffs whilst being arrested, Defendant said he did not know anything about it, Fined 10s and costs 7s, and ordered to pay damage 4.s 6d, in default one month's hard labor.
